The rate of hair growth depends on the cyle it was in when you were waxed. You must have been in a different stage than her and that is why yours came back faster.

actually it depends on your hormones not the colour of ur skin. sometimes it depends how often u wax ur body. if u wax like every week than ur hair will grow very quickly. so it could be a possiblity that u wax more times in a year than ur friend does.
