it is generally uncommon to get pregnant while menstrating, however, and morning sickness generally does not come after just a week. but regardless, i would definitely take at least a home pregnancy test (they are usually no more than $10-$12) to be sure...and if these symptoms persist see a doctor ASAP regardless of the test result as it could be a sign of health problems

Generally you wouldn't be wasting your money to figure out yes or no because that indeed is no waste if you are not pregnant. usually to tell if you are pregnant wait about a month for your upcoming period and then if you are pregnant you should notice a change or no change at all the only way to be for sure is to spend a couple of bucks or take yourself to planned parenthood and get one there. But I do believe the reason for your period length last time was because of the sex you had with your boyfriend usually when you have sex on your period it messes up the cycle.
Usually you do not show signs of pregnancy until a few weeks in. Unless you have had previously allowed your boyfriend to ejaculate in your a month ago or so.
Good Luck.

The chances of getting pregnant on your period are slim. Usually women ovulate 14 days after the start of their period and for you to get pregnant means you would have ovulated on your period which is unlikely but not impossible. Some of the symptoms you have sound like period symptoms as well as pregnancy symptoms so the only way to know for sure is to take a home pregnancy test. It takes 6 to 12 days for a fertilized egg to attach to the uterus and another day or two for the HCG to be released in your body. The earliest a pregnancy test can be taken is about 4 days before your next period. To ensure no false negatives, take the test the day your next period is due. Good luck.

If you already know you're pregnant why would you waste your money on a test then? They don't cost much - you can even get them from a dollar store and they work just as well.

Wait until your next period is due; you can't test until then anyway. I would guess it's pretty unlikely - lots of things can cause headaches and nausea.

While you're out getting a test, maybe you should do the intelligent thing and pick up some condoms at the same time.

Whether or not you and he both had an orgasm, it's still possible. If he ejaculated inside you, and you think you might be pregnant, go to the health department. In most states, you can get a free test if you are under 21. Or look in the phone book for places that offer free testing. These tests are reliable. That's how I found out I was expecting both of my daughters. I didn't buy a pregnancy test until I thought I was pregnant with my third child.

i dont think you are. the menstral cycle is the unfertilized egg imbedding into the uterus then shedding. since you were already on your period then the egg was already released but there are chances for more the one egg to be released at a time. but how oculd it implant itsself since your uterus is already shedding? you are NOT most fertill tight after your period! (as every one always says) you are most fertile 14 days after your period when you are ovulating. Pregnancy symptoms dont usually show up till a week or two so all of these "symptoms" could just be all in your head. I remember when i thought i was pregnant i seemed to be focusing more on what the symptoms were and felt liek i was getting sick but it was just all inmy head. Just wait till you get your next period. in the mean time you should get on birth control pills and use condoms every time, the pull out method is never useful at preventin pregnany, it has a 86% failure rate. be safe next time@ you dont want any babies running around!

If you haven't had time to get your NEXT period yet, I wouldn't start buying the Preg tests just yet. Even if you tested now you wouldn't be able to tell if you were preg or not. The soonest I would tell you to test is on the day your period should start (if it doesn't start) Otherwise be a little more careful. The only way you can get pregnant ON your period is that the semen stays inside of you for up to 4 days (or longer). I hope this helps!

I highly doubt it. If you were on your period when you had sex then your egg had already dropped and died. But even if you are possibly pregnant, it is way to early to even tell. Wait until your next period is due and if it doesn't come then test. As for the sickness and headaches. Its probably just stress that your putting on yourself trying to figure out if your pregnant or not.
Relax until you find out for sure.

No, you wouldn't be having symptoms that soon. It usually takes at least 6-10 weeks before you feel anything. The hot weather might be making you feel sick. Drink lots of water and if that doesn't help take a test in a few weeks to be sure.

It's almost impossible that u got pregnant, 'cause when a woman is during her period expelled her endometrius which is the skin around her uterus, so i don't think that u can be pregnant, and those cramps can be cause by another reasons. You should try not to have sex during your period it could cause some sikeneses and infections.
