How about this, story on how African's are starving and living in stink while the rich live it up in luxury, try Zimbabwe first. The rich ones there steal from the other countries that are trying to get meds and food to those who need it.

Now, Israel and Lebanon and those others buy bullets and bombs while Africans babies and all lie in fly maggot crap while they kill each other. where is the justice in that?

Like we can't feed those people? Send our troops there where help is needed and let the suiciders bombers and militants kill themselves in the meantime Africa will be fed, farmed and able to grow.
My opinion.

The war in the Middle East is covered as is global warming. So, those are topics of discussion that you, as a journalist, should stay away from.

List all of the topics you are passionate about and write about the one topic that is least covered in the press.

The BBC and CNN may afford you a topic of discussion and may even be a topic of discussion. Many times the news broadcasters just don't report the news, they become the news and are a topic to be considered.

Perhaps you could do some surfing and write about issues that reflect the global issues and its affects on the world.
The easier way to cheat is to write on a topic that expressed human emotions as there are many pathways to go from there.

You may write about the "trial" of the late democratically elected president Milosevic, may God avenge his death, and how Dr. Seselj's testimony in it was abruptly cut out by the "judges", who also "rebuked" Milosevic when he complained he was too ill to concentrate in his defense. Right how the Western & Israeli media did not report it. You may also write how Borislav Herak is still in a Sarajevo prison, though each person he "admitted killing" apperantly "came back to life". The Story of Dragan Opacic, "witness L" in the "trial" of Dusko Tagic, whose appeals for political asylem were denied by the "judges", is also worth mentioning as en example for the "fair Job" of the Western & Israeli media.
