* eat lots and lots of yams
* have a high in take of folic acid

also twin and multiple rates are higher in women of color, such as black and hispanic, being over the age of 35, having more than 3 previous pregnancies, having faternal twins on your mothers side and also being a bit heavier than you should be.

medication: clomid, is an oral medication, makes you produce multiple follicles. an injectable drug, pregnyl, is usually used to induce ovulation of all of the mature eggs. this will NOT guarantee multiples though. you can use these two medications under the close observation of an endocrinologist. you can conceive by natural means or artificial insemination with these medications.

invitro fertilization... they implant 2, or more eggs... but again, there is no guarantee you will get multiples.
