399 = 3 * 7 * 19
190 = 2 * 5 * 19

GCF = 19

475=5*5*19
399=3*7*19
190=2*5*19
so the GCF is 19 as no othetr factor is common

Make prime decomposition:

190 = 2 * 5 * 19
399 = 3 * 7 * 19
475 = 5 * 5 * 19

The factors all three have in common are only the 19s.
