yes all houses have air conditioning in every room even the kitchen and same of them have central air conditioning... same of them even in the bathrooms like my house...

Dubai is a very well developed city. Most houses have air conditioning because in the summers the heat becomes unbearable. There are some homes, usually labour camps that may have one to no AC but mainly fans. But I think this is rare. Even those have ACs now.
Most new homes have central air conditioning while older ones have window AC. All malls are air conditioned too.

first of all in duabi u cant live without Ac so now adays u will get central air condition in almost all the flats in uae and if u dont find it better buy one fans are also available depends on u wether 2 use it or not

Of course! It is impossible to stay only with a fan unless you live deep in or at the edge of the desert it actually gets VERY cold at night!

i am sure all homes have Air-condition because it is too hot here..whether it is winter or summer...no one can survive without the AC.

all indoor places now have AC,40 years ago none was there
