I guess not according to this website claiming that Alaska has the highest number of lawyers per capita of any state: "Alaska has the highest number of lawyers per capita of any American state, and a range of cutting edge legal issues in the areas of natural resources law, environmental law, land use planning, economic development, state-federal relations, and Native American rights." http://www.law.duke.edu/journals/alr/mainpage.htm

All the attorneys figured since there is no law school there are no attorneys, so they all went up there. Its like everyone knows if you dont get to the beach early there will be traffic, so everyone goes early and there is traffic.
