Will an Acura LS Automatic Transmission Hook up to a D15B2 block on a Honda Civic or maybe aven a ZC Block?

What Kind of Modifications needs to be done such as Engine Mounts and Wire Harness, Steering mounts, etc.

If they are both the same type of transmission, then you should be alright. For example, if the old transmission had a cable and so did the new one, it should work. Honda and Acura parts are usually pretty good when it comes to mixing in matching. Good luck.
