I assume you are asking about the labourers. Unfortunately, the pay is not too good. It can depend from company to company but I assume it's around 300dhs per month. (1 US dollar = 3.67 dhs)
That would come to about 10 dhs a day.
I know that many workers dont get paid for months sometimes and they work harder than anyone in dubai.

a worker or a labor of construction worker get for montly is 600 to 800 Dh
they work around 9-11 hours a day and per day they make arround 20 to 25 i think
well i know its less coz the work they are asked to do is not easy for us to do
and still they get just 600 per month thats something annoying

It's the equivalent of about $3 an hour, a little more for skilled workers.

that guy's wrong they get more than american worker
consider that the Dubai Govt just gave every of their citizen 175 Dubai Dollar, and those worth more than British Sterlings.
plus if you see what kind of construction they do you know what i mean.
they are building the world island, palm island blaha blah blah.
they have much higher standard of living than most part of america.

The pay is poor by UK standards because they employ a lot of workers from India and other Asian countries

i don't know how much they get paid in towers constructions but in house construction its about 3 to 5 $ a day, and they are mostly from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, but engineers same of them from Arab countries and same Europeans and Americans but they are the minority...
