You possibly have a heat related problem. Get Gator-aid and drink a good bit. Also, you could have been bit by a mosquito that was carrying a virus. Usually a bad headache and neck ache accompany the other symptoms you mentioned if this is true. During the hot weather eat lightly and make sure you drink enough water. A good bit of water if you sweat. Leave all the chili and meat eating for when the weather cools off.

you should go see a doctor to find out especially if the fever lasts for more than 3 days. In the meantime drink lots of fluids and rest.

It sounds like you have the flu. Do you feel nauseas? Does your tummy hurt? Do you feel dizzy? If you feel dizzy, you may have an inner ear infection. Your Dr will prescribe an antibiotic for that. Drink lots of water, although you don't feel like it, it will help your body cool down. Make sure you eat something so your blood sugar doesn't crash. Good luck!

They would say

You're dehydrated

You may have a fever (and let me check your temperature)

After that depends on a lot more questions and examination findings.
