You have a few choices. You can go to a church, charity group like st vinnies or social security. I have a friend that got stuck and went to her local church. They gave here a $50 shopping voucher, nappies, formula, wipes, food etc. There is always help out there so keep ya chin up and keep smiling...

look online or in the phone book for a Pregnancy Care Center.. they often have diapers and are willing to help out someone in a mess, you could also call local homeless shelters, some have programs to help out with things like this.
some food banks also have diapers.

Your bank should give you provisional credit if it was their error. Keep calling them back until you get someone intelligent enough to understand this policy.

Go to diaper websites & register for samples. They will also send you coupons continuously.
