What are the most important and effective things to do the day of weigh-in for wrestling to stay in your weight class? For example: If you need to weigh in @ 160 and you are at 161.6 what do you do? Especially involving water weight... Any tips would be appreciated!

flush your system eat very lightly the nite before weigh in and take off as much clothing as you can.
