nothing.....everything happens for a valid reason and I truly believe that everything happens to shape our lives. And whether our present state is one of happiness or sadness, really depends on the individual's mental state of mind.

I would have focused more on making money instead of wanting a family so early and making that my top priority. Unfortunately I was very rebelious, not believing that money needs to be that important, i'm paying for it now. (no pun intended). Another thing that might sound silly is, I would have talked and talked and talked my great grandparent's ears off. I don't know why, but now I have this terrible sense of loss that I never really knew what their backgrounds were, their hopes, desires, and other little things about them were all about. I feel that I missed out on something.

Go to college directly out of high school and get my nursing degree instead of waiting until late 20's,divorced, with a child at home. It would have made mine and my son's lives so much easier if I had done that . But, I did it in my late 20's, he had sacrifice some "Mom time" while I was in school. He was a real trooper and he reaped the benefits of having a Mom with a career that could not only support us well but give him a lot of advantages.

I don't know that I would change anything, because it may have effected the outcome of where I am today. I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful son, another on the way, I have a license for cosmetology, run my own business, and am in college to become a nurse and I absolutely love my life. I wish I had more money, but don't we all? lol. I can't say that I would change a thing knowing what I know today.

I was dating a woman who was separated from her husband. She was still living in the same house, different apartment, I wouldn't commit until she moved out. She told me she loved me and only wanted to be with me. I didn't believe her, I wish I wasn't so stubborn and just told her how much I loved her. She went back to her husband and now has two kids. She still keeps in touch, I can tell she is not truly happy being married to him though.

If I could go back 11 years, I would allow my parents to be in the hospital room during my only child's birth.

I would not be so shy and dance at all the school dances and would have kissed Mike McDougald in the 8th grade when he asked me if I wanted to.

I would have spent more time interacting with my loved ones instead of just concentrating on my work.I would also take better care of my health.
