will the USA basketball team redeem themselves from the previous olympic USA basketball team and win the gold?

YES. so far in the exhibition games the U.S has blown out every single team its played. with LeBron, Wade, Anthony, and Gilbert Arenas the U.S has been and will be unstoppable. Coach k also will not let them lose. They have all learned from the embarassement of last time not to lose. USA!!!

Honestly, I doubt it. They are already hurting with Arenas and Anthony getting injured. They have no big man and, for some bizarre reason, think a college coach was the way to go. Atlast it is not like 1992 where the USA's dominance made the Olys boring...it's much better if whomever wins has to battle to win it all.

They will definitely redeem themselves this year!! The team is really young and, for the most part, they are all team players who actually play defense!

They'll be better, but they still have no shooters, and will get shut down by a good zone.

dont think about olympics yet, but they will win the FIBA Championship.
