Russell the Sheep by Rob Scotton
Those are kids books but if you search Amazon or BarnesandNoble, there are tons of sheep and rabbit titles. You would just need to find out which ones actually had sheep and rabbits in them. Good Luck with your search.

For all animals, Animal Farm by Orwell. Can't recall if there were any rabbits though, it's been a couple decades since i read it.
