People report abuse because there are children that use this. If you are an 'abuser' I suggest you get psychological help, because you have probably been abused in the past and need to get past this. If you don't you will be stuck in your behavior and people will report your abuse. I know I will!!! On the other hand if you are an abusee that is being abused you need help also to get away from being treated like this. (Your question is a little confusing with your wording.)
