i dunno man i've been thinking the same thing. D Wade was getting all the foul calls in the finals this year and it just made me sick. Dirk is a top 5 player in the league and he still dont get any respect. i guess it won't be until he wins his championship ring which may not be for awhile if these refs keep handing games to D wade, Kobe and Lebron.

Well, it would help if Dirk played defense and learn how to pass the ball around. In defense of K.G. he does not have the same caliber of teammates that Dirk has which makes his job harder on the court. Dirk is also known as a cry baby and looking for help from the officials. And Kobe, he is just a better all around player. I don't know why Dirk isn't endorsing more products. Maybe he's shy.

i will consistently be a Laker fan, born in So Cal, yet I lived in Dallas from 1990 to 2005 and watched Dirk for years on the AA section. observed Kobe as a rookie and Shaq play there too. Dirk is a type athlete and consistently has been, he's gracious to the Dallas followers. My best plus for him is that he does not enable Mark Cuban get under his epidermis. Cuban defines "enthusiast" to a clean point and may well be very hectic.

dirk doesnr have 2 prove himself if people dot like him they just dont. he should just ignore it and just play ball. Dirk has tallent like da others.might just be of backs dominating da sport. dirk should get respect hes a 7 foot guy bombing from three. think about it hes praticaly a center. kobe wade and lebron r supposed 2 do dats nothing out of da ordinary. they r compared 2 mj.dirks his own person.

Doesn't get the calls from officials, you mean? Look, Cuban caused that crisis by being a doofus big mouth. You whine and whine about officiating and it comes back to bite you. It's not Dirk's fault.

He needs to step up and stop blaming his teammates. He needs to hit shots in the 4th quarter of big games. He needs to stop b*tching about the refs all the time and then going on tirades after he loses.
He needs to man up and stop pointing fingers at others for his shortcomings. Is he a leader? No. He lacks the poise.

Get a ring. No-one will quite believe the hype until he wins one. That or play some lockdown D and make an all nba defensive team.
