I can never understand why anyone would want to... Do you really understand what libertarians believe?

1. Abolishing government regulatory commissions: Allowing untested drugs to be distributed on the market??? I don't know about you but I like going to to the pharmacy and knowing that the medicine I am getting was inspected by the FDA...

2. Abolishing minimum wage and the welfare system: I know people abuse it but do you really want to leave millions starving and homeless?

3. Ending all forms of government regulations of business: We had the progressive movement in American history for a reason: Businesses when unregulated form monopolies and trusts. They fix prices and provide inferior products. I kinda like competition in business.

4. Legalizing many addictive drugs: I can see marijuana, but beyond that , I have seen too many addicts to allow this to happen in our country.

The proof is in the results. Chile tried to implement Libertarian policies awhile back. The result: the wealth of the elite less than 1% grew exponentially at the expense of the rest of the population and the environment. Unemployment rose to almost 40% and incomes for the middle and working class plummeted.

No thanks.

Show them how the Libertarian party works.

1. Find a major highway near to you (at least 4 lanes in each direction).
2. Paint over the 'dashed' lines that separate the lanes of traffic. The best time to do this is 5 minutes before rush hour starts.
3. Explain how the lines restrict their freedom to drive wherever they want.

Like any other party. Contribute money. Volunteer your time. Speak out in favor of their candidate (or the party in general). Vote for the candidate. Etc.

Vote for it. Or the Green party, which would be even better.

Support is support. If you voice your opinions you will be heard.

Its only the americans that are silent that have no say in government.
