You said you was 16, but how far ago are we looking at here, Just a few years he would be considered a pervert, a few more years back maybe not quite so, and the further you go back the less of an issue it becomes.
But yes in the current life styles nothing but a pervert.

So flip side... I being generally bloke shape first had full intercourse at 16 with a 36 year old woman. Was I abused? It didn't feel like it.

At 16 in the UK you have no claim under the law if you were a willing participant. If you were not consenting then you do. If you are asking this question now I would suggest that you perhaps feel that you were not happy with it. I too recommend you talk to someone you can trust about the experience to help you understand it better.

I'm assuming this is in the UK:

All these people that are saying he's a pervert, or that you should tell the police are wrong. At the age of 16 you are legally allowed to have sex and get married (should you chose).

I'm 31 and I wouldn't go chasing after 16 year olds, but if I did it wouldn't be illegal, and these days it's hard to tell a girl's age anyway.

of course if you were drunk, then the guy was possibly taking advantage, but then you were the one breaking the law for consuming alcohol under age.

Looking back now, It does sound "dodgy" and it sounds like he was taking advantage of a young girl. But, you were legal at the time so you can't really go to police now.
Hopefully young girls, who read this, can learn from your experience and realise that there are some scumbags out there.
If you can stop it happening to someone else, hopefully that will make you feel better and a sense of justice.

Definately! Why would a 36 year old man be interested in a 16 year old girl?

It's not right.

Yes in modern day laws he was a pervert, all depending on his culture if it is looked at that as being a pervert. And just what were you doing in a car with a strange man in the first place

Instinctively I'd say yes, but you haven't said where you are - if you're in the UK then 16 isn't under age, so going to the police isn't an option (it's not a crime to be a creep). If it's bothering you I recommend you talk to someone - maybe a female friend?

Technically if you are 16 then you are of a legal age to have sex. However if he forced upon you, then that is wrong and you should have called the police. However in my eyes he could be a pedophile.
