I've only ever downloaded the videos. No problems with them.
If you think that 3's service is s**** you'll be even more dissapointed with the other networks 3G coverage and content !
I've been with 3 for 7 months and haven't had any problems with coverage or customer service ! As for phones, they have most of the latest models these days. Only decent phones not available is Samsung. One person says they're s*** and everyone jumps on the bandwagon. Try another 3G network then see what you think ! How can 3 have crap coverage ? When you're out of 3's service area you switch to o2 (Orange in near future). Therefore you have the coverage of 2 networks ! Doh !
Problems in the past were where people using phones in areas of borderline 3G coverage and the phone tried to hold on to poor 3G signal instead of switching sooner to GSM (o2). I don't get this problem with my 6280 and have never suffered a dropped call ! Having had contracts on Vodafone,Orange,o2 and T-mobile, the worst coverage I've experienced is T-mobile followed by o2.
Worst customer service - Vodafone followed closely by o2.

It sounds to me like you downloaded the ring tone and not the full track. Have another look on the web site and confirm what you clicked on. GL
