Absolutely it should be .....and if someone hurt/killed my pets it show them the death penalty Chocolatedame STYLE!

I don't agree with the death penalty for people killing people let alone pets. Will murdering someone else really make you feel better? That's not justice, that's vengeance.

The death penalty is a little extreme but there is such a thing as animal cruelty and there are punishments for that.

No. I think the death penalty is for humans only, i'm not saying they should get of easy in anyway but death ...no.

no i dont. its not like its a human being. most of our food supply require killing something. but rember if its a true pet they would not do that.

please add details telling when when the death penalty will apply?

you mean besides putting them to sleep? actually murdering them by like poison or running them over or something? i think the death penalty is too much but i guess they should be put in jail.
