I already installed new brake pads, control arm rubber bushings and upper ball joint. I think the rotors are fine because i can just apply the brakes and still spin the tire, and it feels normal.

Even though your rotors seem fine I definately think that's the problem. Even the slightest offset could vibrate when you put the brakes on. I think your rotors got too hot and warped.

I also agree that the rotors are warped........You are not able to simulate the same conditions in the air that the brakes/rotors have on the road and even a slight warp will not be visable to the naked eye.............New rotors are not expensive anymore......Replace them and your problem should be gone.

Ya definetly the rotors as stated by the last guy, when you replace them try not to slam on the brakes so much.

If you are ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE its not warped rotors (which I am convinced it is) you may have not TIGHTENED a bolt!!!
or put a bolt that is too long somewhere it should not be
sounds dangerous!

I would replace the brake calipers themselves. That is what is wrong with my fathers escort.
