yeah...I was "in" my own crowd. I chose to not follow such stricked lines of black & white. I hung out with the so-called popular kids, but also had many friends farther down the food chain (so to speak)...never had a problem & always had lots of friends and even found a few I could really count on & I am still friends with them even now!

Yes I was definitely in the crowd. Our school had very small hallways and many people. There were many days when I was right in the middle of the crowd. Eventually the bell would ring and the crowd would get smaller. This was because classes were beginning and we had to enter smaller crowds in the rooms where teaching took place.

No the in crowd were all the cheerleaders and football players and their friends who thought they were cool and didn't talk to anyone else. I had a small group of friends and was somewhere in between not a nerd with no friends but not one of the popular stuck up in crowd either. At my 10 year reunion they were all still in the same little groups.

Hell no and that was my choice. I was WAY ahead of my times in highschool, very mature for my age worried about better and more important things...I wasnt a loser so dont get the wrong idea lol people always asked to hang out and bla bla bla but it was my choice not to, I even got my number changed when I graduated so nobody from my graduating class could get in touch with me lol... high school is too dramatic and most of the time, a bad experience for teens, so much negativity!

F*** no!!! They all dressed in whatever was "in" and I liked to dress like myself.
They were all snobby. Funny though my husband was part of that in crowd. He said I stood out from everyone else. GOOD THING!
Now I worry about my kids-they're starting to act that same way (the in-crowd)-and they're only in elementary.
