My favorite is David Bowie. Of the 4 of them though Sting probably has the best range and the most talent but Robert Plant was the most passionate and awe inspiring.

Out of what you gave me to choose from, I choose Bono. I love U2. The Doors are good and Sting even has some good songs, but I can't stomach Led Zeppelin. Listening to Robert Plant sing, is like nails across a chalkboard!

Hate Bono, hate Sting, hate Robert Plant. It's got to be Jim Morrison out of the ones you picked. The other 3 have really annoying voices. My list would include John Lennon, Elvis Costello, David Byrne, Micky Dolenz, Roy Orbison, and Nick Lowe.

Well Sting has the more soul driven Voice...

Bono just sucks....but I think hes a good person outside of music

Robert Plant has the pure talent and made zepelin what they are today...

And Jim Morrison was just pure sex, nothing more...

So, plant gets my vote...

led zepelin and the doors are bands not singers. you mean robert Plant and Jim morrison. I like Robert Plant the most but you should include Vince Neil of Motley Crue in your selection.
