There should be...the game would be more fair...but the league would never agree to it...because in basketball, at any time during the game you can make a call...throughout the entire game players are constantly traveling, commiting fouls in the paint, staying in the lane too long, etc...and it would kill the game if teams were allowed to replay review the final seconds of a miracle game winning shot to be reversed by a ticky tack call.
I think the instant replay review would be better used in baseball.

Absolutely not. It would kill the momentum of the game. It's a GAME. As long as you're not bored, it's serving its purpose. Don't slow it down. If you're pissed of by a bad call, that's part of the fun.
Now, if there was an All-Star Saturday feature called the referee challange, that would be worth a watch.

Definitly for example the pistons cavs playoff series when lebron james shoved rip hamilton and they didnt call a foul and flip sounders got a tech for arguing over it if there was a replay theres no way that they could deny it even though hes lebron and gets special privelages

No. One play doesn't decide a 48 minute game, and complaining about the refs is just so lame.

in playoff type atmospheres, yes there should br challenges in the nba, because one bad call can give away a game or even the champoinship.
