Wipe it up with a big rag towel to get the majority of it. Then if there is still some left, like in the grout, since you said it is a tile floor, I would just put a little bit of water on it to kind of thin it out, and wipe it up with a damp rag until it comes clean. You'll have a nice clean spot on the floor when you're done. :)

Get a wet vac or extraction cleaner. Pull what you can using the vacuum alone and then add small amounts of water to loosen the rest.

You might have to empty and rinse the canister of the vacuum several times (as if fills up with suds), but it will be easier then any other options I see.

I'd use flour or baking soda (preferably -- rinses cleaner) to absorb it, then sweep it / scoop it up. Rinse the residue away by hand with a damp towel. Works great for egg yolks in the kitchen, too! Good luck!

Get up as much as possible with a dry towel. Do you have any microfiber cloths. That would work well. When you get as much shampoo as possible, get a verily damp cloth to finish.

I agree with the baking soda to absorb it and then you can just scrape up the bulk of it. After that wipe with a damp cloth.

Use something like corn meal or fine kitty litter to absorb it.
