What you're talking about is utopia - a word which is a constuct made from other greek words meaning "nowhere" or "no place."
Everyone has their own ideas of what freedom means. What you think it means, and what I think it means can be two totally different things. And because of this inherent difference of opinion, that creates conflict which cancels out this ideal that many people strive for.
To paraphrase David Eddings, "when two people have a difference of opinion, it usually leads to a fight. If those people have enough followers, then it's called a war."
Tolerance is the first step towards understanding. And until most people practice both of those things, what you're looking for will never actually exist. Such is the state of humanity.

That depends entirely upon how you define true freedom. I say nobody can be truely free...as in free from all responsibility. If you want to survive, you MUST do some things that you would rather not.
Actually, the way to have true freedom is to have slaves do all your work for you. You can never have true freedom for all people. But I still think the wesern civilization represents the greatest degree of freedom that most humans have ever had.

Unfortunately, no where on Earth is free from greed, anger, and hate.
I've become somewhat interested in the nation of Bhutan that lives and rules based on Buddhist principles. However, don't expect creature comforts as they tend to frown on TV and the like.
Hawai'i seems a pretty good place as well (not Honolulu).
However, you'll never completely be free of misguided humans unless you build a retreat in the mountains somewhere...which isn't a bad idea really...

Only within your very own mind. There is no such place in what is considered today's real world due to what the average person would consider to be terrorism, crime, and just plain old evil. The only place that can truly encompass and create what you speak of is within your own imagination. No one can really create it for you due to the ratio of human minds being 2 criminal minds to the average 1 "good samaritan" mind. There has never been such a place in history either. Man has either plundered and pillaged to ruin it, or it's own people would corrupt it into some time of egotistical, communistic world.

It's called Utopia; and it exist in very small limited spaces on this earth. Perhaps some uninhabited island in the Pacific Ocean; or maybe in the Indian Ocean. I think it may even in some spots in the America's. Otherwise, it can only be nurtured and developed in the minds of most of us.

If we fill our mind with true love and happiness and give up selfishness and can overcome all obstacles to proceed towards success with strong determination, then we find love, laughter, dance, prosperity, joy everywhere.

No place on earth is heaven. Troubles happen everywhere you go as long as man lives. I think good deeds on earth lead you to true heaven ;)
