I found out the publisher is carolintone music company inc. I can't find their phone number.

Yah, I do need something in writting, but how do I find out who...that's the hard part.
I'm not eneve sure is the address is accurate...I called 411.

I found out. Thanks everyone. I called CBS, then BMI, then I had to find the right person in that company, and they gave me the #.

You may want to contact the person who owns the song.
You don't want to risk it and get sued.

phone number won't really help anyway. You will need premission in writing.
