Well first off don't try bindging or radical loss of food that will only make you larger in the long run. You have to change your eating habits to 3 times a day and don't eat 4 hours before bed time that's the big killer... and what you eat has to be healthy. I know it's easy to say and really hard to do but the effort is worth it. Here are some links to help you, there Canadian but it's all the same information.

Hope this helps you

What is your diet like? Drink more water during the day (at least 64oz - close to 2 liters) to help you feel like your stomach is full (and to aid in digestion.) Also eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, while avoiding overly processed junk food - candy, ice cream, pastries, chips, crackers and fast food such as McDonald's. Too much fat, sugar and salt is never good for you, even if it tastes wonderful!

Try to incorporate at least 20 minutes of exercise daily - either low impact aerobics, walking, bicycling, swimming or weightlifting. It does help to have a workout partner to keep you (and themself) on schedule. Once you get closer to your ideal weight, based on your body type, you can do more agressive exercises such as running.

Keep in mind that your weight may not be that heavy for your body type. Consult a doctor, personal trainer, or coach, first. You are 18, so you have plenty of time to "correct" your weight to be ideal for you. Good luck to you!

The formula for losing weight is simple. Eat sensibly and exercise. Each time that you burn
3500 calories more than you take in, you lose 1 pound of fat. It's easy to say, but not so easy to do. One thing to remember is, no crash dieting. Taking in too few calories per day is not only bad for you but it defeats the attempt at weight loss as well. You have my best wishes in your endeavor.

Take up bike riding through the park or something. You lose a lot of "water" weight from the sweating and you work your upper and lower body at the same time.

I'm not sure how many lbs that is but I lost weight on weight watchers online. I lost 15 lbs in two months. It's awesome if you can stick to it. You get a cheat day too where you can eat whatever you want.
