Our pointsettia plant is flowering

I hope not, I havn't got my shopping done yet.
It sound like your poinsettia had all the right conditions to bloom.
1. It went into a dark, cool area for a certain length of time.
2. It was dry for a period of time.
3. Then it had moisture
4. Plus Sun
All the ingredients to make it bloom. After it quits blooming bring it in the house and put in the basement or a dark closet for a couple of months then bring it out fertilize, water and put in sunny
window and enjoy again!

It could be a combination of the weird weather we've been having lately and whether the plant is outdoors. If it is, the cold wind could've brought it on.
