What goes through my mind is one of many things:
What an a$$ hole
I wish you would just leave
Dumb F**k
It is probably a good thing that we don't argue very often

Fighting is too childish, and devisive for us.
We talk about the issue, until I make a compromise, we make love, and then I watch out for the next female issue to pop up!
Actually, I figured out that if she doesn't eat something every 4 hours, she becomes a Dragon Lady!
So, I always was a great chef, and I make one of my 7 minute meals! Swordfish steak, with Steamed Broccoli, and a lite cream sauce on the side, she can dip... chef's salad, nice glass of 1% milk.
Or, Frozen Salmon, with mixed frozen vegitables, and a salad.
Have about 100 recipes in my head. You microwave the meats from frozen to cooked, in 7 minutes, steam the vegies in about 5 minutes in a steamer on the stove.
Toss salad while each dish cooks.
Pour milk, serve with candlelight and lots of love.
More fun than fighting!

I am pretty angry at him. I've learned that I shouldn't have any cocktails in me if we're arguing because I can regret the things I say. Once the rage is over, I feel guilty because I mistreated someone that I love. Never go to bed upset. Take separate walks, cool down and then confirm that you love each other and want to resovle this. You probably want to resolve this at home and not with a counselor if you can!

I don't fight with my partner. Remember, it takes two to have an argument, and I choose not to join the fight. So that is basically what goes through my head. I just keep saying over and over in my head..."It takes two to fight and I choose not to take part in this one. How important is it anyway? We only have today. Why fight? You may say something you will regret later.

What I am thinking is this is childish. People who care about each other should find a more caring way to solve differences. Then I remind myself that someone has to take the first step. I tell my husband I care about you and I know you care about me let's work this out without hurting one another.

that liar, i cannot believe he's doing this, i feel so betrayed, I know I'm right, why wont he compromise, I'm so tired of fighting, I wish he would just leave me alone, why wont he try to work with me, etc. These are a few of the thought that have gone threw my head while fighting.

I think, I better leave in tell he calms down. Or just lesson to what he has to say and move on.
