air, or by landing on things that you touch, etc, sure. Or perhaps they
have kissed you, etc.
All kinds of diseases spread this way - including the common cold.
It really depends on the disease.
No, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY you can get a sexually transmitted disease
from either by being in their house. You can't get AIDS this way, for
instance.

Ie... If they have herpes, you'd have to have sex with them. If they have the heart disease, then it's not contagious.

Well it depends on WHAT kind of disease?
Is it something that makes them cough? Then YES.
Is it something that makes their skin have sores? Then Yes.
Is it sexually transmiited? THen only if you have sex with them.....
