if your hips are broad, why do you want to reduce your waist size? you seem to have a beautiful hourglass figure. anyway, you could try targeted exercise, like sit ups. they'll strengthen the muscles in your waist area and will thus tighten it and make it look smaller.

Develop your upper back .walk ,walk and walk one hour a day,drink 10 glasses of water in the morning .Do sun salutation(Surya Namaskar .you will lose two inches in one month .Eat fruits like papaya.Lukeworm water with lemon and honey or green tea after 30minutes of meals will definitely help.this will not bloat your stomach and help you lose weight on the waist.U don't mind losing few on the hips right as they are wide and i assume big .then i guess take up this.

I love broad-hipped gals. That means they have broader and rounder rears. I just adore gals with nice bubble_butts.

Unfortunately, in the feminine physique, no exercise is going to accomplish that - weight loss alone will do it.
I recommend Atkins - it works for me but as Im a man - you might tweak it if you need to.
Incidentally..... round hips are deeply sexy. Dont cut them too closely :)

That's good. Hips are a gooooood thing. But you could just to leg excercises and tone up a little bit maybe if you wanted to.
