I am going back to Greece next year ( I know i'm premature but I get so excited) and wanted to know what is best insect repellant to use. Last time I went I didn't use any cos never had a problem when I went to other countries, and I got severly bitten (had to go to docs). What is a really good repellant? And do I put it on before or after sun cream?

Take B complex for a month before going and while you are there. Put 10 drops of each tea tree and euctalyptus essiental oils in your body products (shampoo, body wash, lotion) and 20 drops in the laundry detergent if you use liquid.

There are sunscreens that contain DEET just for this purpose, and they are the best ones to use. I know Coppertone makes one. I think it is called Bugs and Sun. Have fun!

Eat lots of garlic and use Avon Skin So Soft on your skin. Deet is toxic; I wouldn't put that on my dog.
