well it could have to do with 2 things, lack of circulation..and weight, if your to skinny, i have the same problem..I'm not cold all summer though, just if I'm down at the beach or something, i will actually shiver. When i was younger i was cold all the time though...when everyone else was fine,i was wearing a sweater...do some exercises get your blood flowing..gain some weight if your too skinny..

Poor blood circulation. That can be a reason. As well if you do not have much body fat that can be a factor. There are also people that genetically have a harder time staying warm.

Sometimes that happens if you are very thin. Or you may have poor circulation. I would not worry about it too much. See a doctor if it gets very bad, okay?

You are either anemic or you may also have hypothyroidism. Either one is diagnosed after you have blood work done, which means you need to go to your MD, PA or ARNP soon.
