BUT, CURRENT ISSUE IS BASED ON HIS BATTING ABILITY.
NOT ABOUT HIS LEADING SKILLS.

Sourav is the best indian cricket player.Note his average after sachin he is the most scored batsman.But every player has its good and bad time.Now sourav is in bad time/He can't performs well in county cricket so it is hard to enter sourav in present team because the selectors now consider a player dpending on their current performance

A leader should be one who can lead from the front and show examples as of now Sourabh doesn't possess that qualities he was a great captain and leader but its a professional game and emotions have no place here we should learn to change with change .
