my friend has alot of zit on her forhead and she dont have alot of money any advice?

First of all keeep your face really clean. Clean it well at night (always). I use dove products for getting my face really clean. Next, get yourself some pure Vitamin E oil and put on your face at night. You will not beleive the results. It only cost pennies a month and it works great. My daughter is 16 and her face is blemishness.

ProActiv is wonderful (there is a generic brand at walmart-cant remember it's name but it does the same thing as ProActiv does). Whatever cleanser she uses tell her to put baking soda with it (great exfoliator & Cheap). Also always use face lotion!

OXY...pro Activ stops working after about a month. YOu can get OXY in a squeeze tube or in little pads. Get the pads...they work the best.
