1. I would have to go with Chaucer and Dante.

2. Minstrels and troubadours were known for music and sung poetry. Since most people couldn't read, cultural history and knowledge was passed orally.

3. Gothic architecture dominated the Middle Ages.

4. Most of the population were serfs, people tied to the land but not slaves in the modern sense.

5. A fief or fiefdom.

I could be wrong if the time period is incorrect but I'm guessing for number 1 one of the men involved would be Shakespeare.
Minstrels were musicians, I think troubadours were singers who may or may not have accompanied the minstrel.
Style of architecture in question may have been Gothic, again I could be wrong on any or all of these.

now go and look 'em up because I suspect you'll have to justify your conclusions. In my experience, teachers don't just ask factual questions, they want details and for you to be sure you've read round the subject.
