considering your age, coaching course done, cricket carrier and finally coaching experience I would say that your expectations are too high instead, may consider to become a coach of a national team like canada, america, scotland etc but do not even think to become a national coach of zimbawe

but y australia ??? they are already at the top.... to prove ur efficiency, u shud go to kenya or scotland or bangladesh and make them win the world cup.... that will give more credits and popularity to u......
