Oh dear - people like you give the rest of us a bad name. I've taken holidays whenever I've needed to go to an interview. Less lies. Never mind - all I can suggest is 1) You fell down the stairs tonight and you've twisted your back/neck.ankle and can't move, 2) You woke in the night vomiting and havn't been off the loo since 3) You had your (first ever ?) migraine - this is usually good as it can be used anywhere anytime so I understand 4) Your mother/father/brother/sister was admitted to hospital and you are needed to sit at the bedside.
Whatever - just remember - if you want the week off DON'T go out at the weekend where you may be spotted - that is the quickest way to be classed as a 1st class b#@#h

You need to start acting ill, have a bad headache and go to the toilet a lot and don't sit there eating or drinking anything, say you can't keep anything down / in. Say you were out for a meal last night and you're wondering if it hasn't agreed with you. Slight case of food poisoning can get you the rest of the week off.

Does it show I've done this before?!

Just before you leave work tell someone who matters that you're not feeling very well. Then in the morning when you phone in, say you have been up all night with sickness and diarrhoea and your head is pounding. That should get you off work for a good few days. Its a virus, right?!

I would say that you have something like cystitus and it's really painful and you keep having to go to the loo every 5 minutes.

It can come on very quickly and so they won't disbelieve you. Also, it can last for ages and sometimes has to be treated with antibiotics so just tell them it's severe.

Also because it's a 'down below' condition, they're unlikely to think you're lying because who would make that up? And also, if they don't believe you, it's not like they're going to ask you loads of questions about it either.

start acting now, pretend you feel sick, run to the bathroom, make sounds like your vomitting, then run the water until its really hot and dampen a tissue and hold it on your forhead to make it seem like you have a temp then splash a bit of water on your face then go out see what happens when someone asks you do you feel ok say that you have sick stomach and that you have a headache you will either be sent home right away or truly beleived in the morning when you phone in.

The best form of action would be to say that you have been to the doctors and he has informed you that the migrane from staring at your computer has caused you to feel sick every time you look at the computer, it works especially if you pc is not at the correct height as there are rules and reg's against this kind of problems.

What's your booking sick record like? Are you habitual? What's your employer like? Will they grant you a couple of hours off for a personal task? Do they normally grant time off for attending Doctor's or Dentist's appointments? Do not stray away from what the norm is and you might actually survive this!

just go to loo a few times this afternoon and say that you arent feeling well. this lays the groundwork for not coming in tomorrow and maybe day or two after.

may not go down to well if they already suspect you of having a bit of a coke problem tho.....

If you are fitting fit then you need to "injure" yourself -
pulled your back out when you got home
slipped on wet pavement going home tonight and you're back's gone out of place
that should be good for a few days !!
