The word is urgent.
But pretending that I knew what you meant already, because I did...
Urgent - pressing: compelling immediate action; "too pressing to permit of longer delay"; "the urgent words `Hurry! Hurry!'"; "bridges in urgent need of repair"

No offense, honestly... I thought 'dictionary.'
THEN I thought of the emergency room. LOL
The word 'urgent' makes me think of 'urgent care' which makes me think of the ER.
(I am, of course, assuming that you meant to say 'urgent.')
