Ok, let's resolve this question.
Forget everyhting about the color of your food mixed together, this is the worst explanation I've ever seen.
Your blood cells contain heme rings, large chemical structure that bind iron ions (Fe++) and through it, oxygen.
It is also the pigment that colors the blood cells with that red colour.
Once it is degraded in the spleen, however, it turns to brown You can see this with clotted blood drops.
It is evacuated in the feces and this is what colours sh1t with those lovely shades of brown.

The brown color of feces comes from bile, a greenish liquid made in your gall bladder that helps digest fats from the food you eat. This makes your poop look brown.

By the way, it's not always brown, However, the brown you see comes from a bacteria called valkto-em, it's in the digestive system where the bacteria brakes down food to liquid which is absorbed by the body. Originally, it's grenish yellow, the brown that you see is Dead bacteria.

It is the color of old red blood cells removed from circulation by your spleen. More specifically, the iron in the hemoglobin found in red blood cells.

I'm not a biochemist, but I believe the color comes from the bilirubin. HTH.

food is digested by acids in our body's system...if the color of the fecal matter is green...that tells us you have an infection...if the color is dark...or chalky black...that tells us you are internally bleeding..brown or light color is normal
