We have ducks - I've never seen them sneeze - Of course, I've never thought about whether they do or not either. I've never seen my chickens sneeze either. This brings up the question whether or not any birds sneeze.

Yes. I've owned ducks for years, and they sneeze, as do most animals. I've gotten duck snot on me. Parakeets sneeze, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, etc. etc. They don't have hands for Kleenex.
