No, that is not a double entendre. Cat is right.

A double entendre has an obvious meaning and an alternative suggestive meaning. (Have you ever seen the old sitcom Three's Company? It was full of double entendres.)

A double entendre is something like this:

Textron Inc. Makes Offer
To Screw Co. Stockholders

No .. that is too explicit.
In order to be a double entendre the statement would have to be able to be taken 2 ways. Usually one which is innocent and every-day understandable and the other which usually has some erotic or sexual connotation or an insult.
You got the insult part right ... but that's it!
