This has happned the past couple of days. After the truck sits for awhile and I try to start it, it will not start up completely, I have to try several times to get it to completely turn over. When it finally starts up the clock has been reset as well as my radio. I noticed that one time the door wasn't completely shut overnight and when I tried to start it the next morning is when the trouble began... anyone know whats up?

Go to a parts house and have them do a complete charging/starting system check. your battery sounds like its on its last leg and if you wait to long, then your starter will give you problems, and then your alternator, and etc etc etc

That's a wierd one. Since it all started after the door got left open, try disconnecting the battery for five minutes, then reconnecting it. With all these computers they put in cars anymore, it could be one needs to be reset (that's the only way I know how). It's worth a try, at least, and won't cost anything but a few minutes of time. Hope it works.

check your battery first if the light has been on all night. I would then check the altenator. Those are just starting points. You may have to go as far as checking the fuel pump or the starter. If you aren't mechanically inclined (not in any way implying that you are not) you may want to take it somewhere and have a diagostic check.
