Can twin pregnancies be detected earlier than a single pregnancy? If so, how much earlier would you know?

Do you mean detected like in a blood test or at home pregnancy test? If that is your question then the answer is no. You can detect both a few days before your missed period. But with a twin pregnancy your HCG levels will be hugly high shortly there after.

I knew I was pregnant at six weeks and knew it was twins at seven weeks
