Breakfast? I started off with a small cup of black coffee... about an hour later, I had a small steak, smothered in onions and a sauce of balsamic vinegar, oregano, paprika & garlic... cooked with Plantain, and tossed down with some freshly juiced mangos...YUM! I have not eaten at McD's or any of those gross places in YEARS... and I'm a much, much better person for it!

usually it's cereal but today- a bowl of fruit and a peanut butter and raspberry jam toasted sandwich. I'm pretty full!
