ya you could probably subscribe to an satelite internet and if u wish to share the internet you could also use a router.

Sure, but you need a dish. Try DirecPC or Hughes Satellite.

yes, it is absolutely possible... the same way you'd get satellite TV: pay a subscriber.. same way you'd get dial up internet, dsl, cable, T1... subscription.
