if u REALLY want to b on the cheerleading squad then try to stick to ur diet and keep on exercising even if it doesnt seem like u r losing weight because u r still keeping yourself in shape, when season starts tryout and c how it goes, u have a chance of makin it even if u r stick thin, just b loud, strong, make eye contact, b confident, and put a little attitude into it and most of all try ur hardest

Well I think that tryouts are usually at the end of the previous year, so it's too late for this year anyway. If you really want to be a cheerleader, start working out, eat smarter and get in shape for try-outs in the spring. Remember that once you make it, you will have to maintain your healthy lifestyle to stay in shape. Good luck!

a little extra baggage isn't going to hurt you, not for sure how old are you but I'm sure you have growing yet to do. But you should concentrate on the technical stuff and learn the cheers! this will help you alot. Also, be your bestest as you have to impress the hiring staff.

Do not diet just eat healthy. Eggs, fish, meat, fruits, and vegetables. Low fat or skim milk will help you trim your wast down so drink a glass every day! Do not eat more calories than you burn and if you want to lose weight than eat less calories than you burn!

No one has the wrong shape for a cheerleader. If you wan't to be a cheerleader then just do it. Don't care what other people say because that is just wrong.

try going swimming often 3 times a week and maby the other days you could work out reularly and eat lots of fuit and bread but dont put buttter on it.

GO FOR IT GIRL. try out. so what if you have some meat on your bones, nobody is perfect. its fun, if you like, enjoy and if you dont make it, just take it with stribe, see what they tell you and try out again next year.
