Have new Geocities website, can't figure out how to send page to my email address.?

I recently started a Geocities website and added a page with a question and answer box. I want these answers to go to my email address. How do I set that up?

Go to a site like http://bravenet.com and get a form handler. Bravenet is free and I've used it before; it works well.

Hmm, did you write down on the site that that's what you wanted the people to do? If you state, "Send answers to the listed email," then, those who DO answer the question/s will know that that is your intention and will click on the link and do so.
